TERMS

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms are between you and Automated Reality LLC ("we"), which operates CopSpot. By using CopSpot or this website you agree to them.

A DRIVING AID, NOT A GUARANTEE

CopSpot may make mistakes. It can miss police cars, alert on cars that are not police, or stop working. Drive by what you see and follow the law. You are responsible for how you drive.

REPORTS YOU SEND

Only send clips you recorded yourself. When you send a Report, you let us store, review and use that clip and its data to run and improve CopSpot. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see the privacy policy).

PREMIUM AND UNLOCK CODES

THE APP

CopSpot for Android is offered as a direct download from this site, and the iPhone version runs in your browser. We may change, update or stop any feature. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer CopSpot except where the law allows it. Open source parts come with their own licenses, listed on the legal page.

NO WARRANTY

CopSpot is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of alerts, maps or camera locations.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any tickets, fines, accidents, damage, injury, lost data or other losses that come from using or relying on CopSpot. If we are found liable anyway, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $20 if you paid nothing.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in New York.
